Hailey is 6 weeks old today and getting so big! She's even given us her first real smiles in the past couple of days. Olivia is really, really into singing right now and to say she sings non-stop may even be a slight understatement. She sings ALL. THE.TIME. It's awesomeness. She sings a variety of songs but mainly she sings songs that her Daddy sings to her. Some of her favorites currently are "Sweet Child O'Mine," "Ring of Fire," and "Cat's in the Cradle." We made her a "big girl playlist" which she now requests any time we go anywhere. I love this since it gives me a break from If You're Happy and You Know It :)
She really loves skyping with family members and showing off her singing abilities to them. Most recently, she discovered her sister also enjoys her performances and gets really excited when Baby Hailey is alert and watching her. If no one is really around to watch her, she uses any mirror she can find to watch herself. She'll pretty much dance and sing in front of anything she can see her reflection in, primarily the oven and the fireplace doors. Matt and I even heard her singing Ring of Fire in her sleep a few nights ago.
