Summer Rewind

WHOA.  It's been awhile since I posted.  That is because our summer was craaaaazy busy.  I don't really know why, it doesn't seem like we did all that much when I look back on it but still, our days were full and my blogging fell by the wayside.

For those that don't see us on a regular basis and would like a few photos of the ladies over the past 3 months, here's a little long photo narration of our summer :)

Hailey turned ONE!  You can read more about that epic event here.

Olivia ate her FIRST ice cream cone.  For realsies. She'd had ice cream but never an ice cream cone.  Big hit.

Hailey developed an affinity for SWINGS!

Hailey went into a pool for the first time!  Our little water baby LOVED it of course.

Big sister is still unsure of the water and preferred to sit on the side of the pool with her toes in and watch the fun :)

Olivia went to the zoo with Minnie & Grandpa

  I got to escape to Denver to watch Matt receive an award for work!

And we stayed at the RITZ CARLTON!

Hailey had her mouth surgery (lip and tongue tie revision). 

Olivia spent time with her amazing cousins.  And developed a HUGE crush on Porter.

Matt took Olivia to Worlds of Fun

OH--and we got a swingset which has been a huge hit.  We spent the majority of our non-traveling time in the backyard which we enjoy so much more now.

So that was it.  Our summer in a nutshell.  September proves to be busy as well with Matt doing a week-long bike ride on the East Coast, Olivia starting preschool and Minnie coming to visit! I look forward to fall and all the fun it brings.
