Well February in the midwest did not disappoint this year. We got boat loads of snow on two separate occasions a week apart resulting in the cancellation of life in Kansas City. It's just not the same as growing up in Michigan where we got that kind of snow ALL winter long every.single.year. Here, they are not equipped to handle such bad conditions so as a result, everything shuts down. No problem for us - 20 inches of snow meant Daddy had a couple of snow days to spend with us! Wahoo!

*This was not the same snowman that Matt and Olivia built together, sadly that one fell over. This was a snowman that I caught Matt building on his own when he went out to "shovel." Such a kid at heart.
